Prepayment is recommended at the time
merchandise is ordered. Credit
cards, cash and personal checks are accepted.

All merchandise must be paid in full before
pickup or delivery. Shipping
charges apply to all delivery orders.

Failure to maintain an active account may
result in placement of another dealer in your area or termination of
agreement.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped according to date received.
(first come, first serve)

Orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS
unless otherwise requested.

Shortages:
-
If your order is incomplete, first check the
invoice to make certain all items shipped were received.

If your shortage is unexplained, please
notify our office at once.

Damaged Merchandise:
-
Check all boxes shipped for damage.
-
Retain any damaged merchandise and all
packaging in the original shipping box or boxes for the
carrier to inspect.

Credit will be issued to your
account or a refund check issued upon confirmation of
the damage.

Credit will not be issued for
discarded merchandise or damaged merchandise that has
not been retained for carrier inspection.
-
Damage must be reported within 3
days or receiving shipment.
